Rudder Angle Indication System Installation Check.

The rudder Angle indication system of rudder Angle indicator is composed of a rudder Angle transmitter, a signal converter and six rudder Angle tables. It is mainly used to indicate rudder Angle Angle in steering room, control room, wheelhouse and its two wings, and transmit rudder Angle signal to VDR (rudder signal data recorder).

The rudder Angle indication system needs to be checked after installation to ensure that it works properly:

1. The installation bolts at the foot of each equipment are correct and fastened.

2. The equipment, centralized control console and frame control console are properly connected and fastened, and the core wires are set with line number and sleeve.

3. The rudder table on three sides of the cab is equipped with a red clip for fixing the pointer during transportation. Take off the red clip carefully.

4. The rudder Angle transmitter is installed on the center line of the steering gear. The length of the short connecting rod of the rudder Angle transmitter is generally 470mm, and the length of the steering gear side is 1410mm. The nut locking pieces of the adjusting length of the long connecting rod and the short connecting rod should be tightened.
