What Are The Common Faults Of AC Rudder Angle Indicator?

1. The non-machined surface of the casting is rough, and some have blisters. The main reasons are the casting temperature, the composition of the aluminum alloy, and the porosity caused by the molding sand not drying out.
2. The processing accuracy of the dial is not high, and the debugging is not enough, which leads to the individual deviation of the indication exceeding the standard, and the error of the self-adjusting motor is too high.
3. The indication rigidity is not good.
4. The deflection torque of the pointer is significantly reduced, mainly due to poor contact or increased contact resistance, disconnection of the self-adjusting angle motor or deterioration of the contact between the brush and the slip ring.
5. If the assembly is not cleaned carefully, the insulation resistance will be lower.
6. The electromagnetic noise of the self-aligning motor is large. If the noise exceeds the standard, the self-aligning motor needs to be replaced.
7. The system error is large and the adjustment is difficult.
