The rudder Angle indicator is an instrument that can indicate the actual steering Angle, with lighting equipment and 350 engraved on the left and right sides, which can check the accuracy and sensitivity of the steering device work, and directly guide the steering action when manually steering, and the rudder Angle indicator indicates the actual rudder Angle at any time.
The rudder Angle indicator is composed of the potentiometer in the transmitter and the millivoltmeter marked as the rudder Angle scale. When the rudder drives the contact of the potentiometer to rotate, the resistance value of the two arms of the potentiometer changes, causing the receiver pointer to turn to the corresponding position, indicating the actual rudder Angle. The true rotation of the rudder is fed back to the cab, rudder room and main room, and the electric rudder Angle indicator generally has a small error, as long as the error is recorded.
However, when used, the "rudder Angle indicator position" must meet the following requirements:
(1) When the main steering device is powered, instructions must be given in the cab, and the indication of the rudder Angle should be independent of the control system of the steering device;
2, in the steering engine room, the main engine cabin can be seen;
3, within the specified range of steering, the rudder Angle indicator in the large rudder Angle indication error, the electric should be the given rudder Angle and the rudder Angle feedback value between the error should not be greater than ± 10, the central position should be fully in line with 121. If there is an abnormal phenomenon, find out the cause, and try again after elimination until normal.
