In navigation, the use of azimuth sub-compass and azimuth circle is the most basic method to measure compass difference by astronomical method at sea. However, when actually using the azimuth sub-compass and the azimuth circle to observe the low-altitude sun azimuth, it is necessary to keep the azimuth sub-compass level as far as possible. Most of the azimuth circles currently in use are equipped with a spirit level. During the observation process, the operator needs to align the sight line of the azimuth circle at the center of the sun, read the azimuth degree, and at the same time, constantly control the level of the azimuth sub-compass with both hands, and observe that the level bubble of the level is located in the middle position. This method is not easy to operate, especially when the ship swings violently, which increases the difficulty of operation and is prone to large errors.
Therefore, in order to overcome the above shortcomings, a horizontal device for azimuth sub-compass is designed. This leveling device can detect the inclination angle of the azimuth sub-compass in real time, and the control module automatically controls the movement of the transverse motor/longitudinal motor according to the received inclination angle signal, so that the azimuth sub-compass is automatically in a horizontal state. In the observation process, there is no need for manual intervention, and the operator does not need to pay attention to the balance state of the azimuth subcompass in real time, which not only reduces the operation difficulty of the staff, but also improves the work efficiency and accuracy of the staff, and avoids large operations. error.
And by fixing the inner ring and the azimuth sub-compass as a whole, and fixing the longitudinal inclination sensor and the lateral inclination sensor respectively at the positions of the longitudinal centerline and the transverse centerline of the inner ring, the longitudinal inclination sensor and the lateral inclination sensor can be made accurate. By detecting the inclination of the azimuth sub-compass, the measurement accuracy is ensured, and the adjustment accuracy of the present invention is improved at the same time.
The inclination sensor of the azimuth sub-compass leveling device is provided with iron core, excitation coil, pendulum and sensitive coil, the shell of the inclination sensor is directly fixed on the inner ring, the iron core is vertically fixed on the outer shell, and the pendulum swing arm is connected to the shell. The offset between the center lines of the iron cores can obtain an AC voltage signal corresponding to the offset, so that the acquisition of the inclination angle of the azimuth sub-compass is more intuitive and accurate, and large measurement errors are avoided.
