1. Check the effectiveness of quality control
According to the manufacturer’s quality management regulations, inspect and supervise the quality control efficiency of various departments, teams, etc., to ensure the quality of parts and components, and to ensure the performance of the overall product.
2. Inspection of the integrity and effectiveness of testing and testing equipment and measuring instruments
Check whether all kinds of testing equipment in the factory are regularly verified, and whether the accuracy range meets the testing requirements, etc. Whether the integrity and accuracy of the equipment meet the requirements.
3. Product performance inspection
Inspect appearance, indication error, lighting, temperature rise, vibration and other quality performances. Under normal circumstances, not all tests will be done, only part of it. If there are individual quality problems, they need to be overhauled and supervised and inspected.
4. Inspection of outsourcing and outsourcing parts
Inspect parts not produced by our factory, including potentiometers, transistors, indicator lights, glass, etc. Check whether it meets the corresponding technical standards, meets the marine standards, and meets the requirements of the complete machine.
